需要注册账号吗？
不需要。随行没有账号系统，打开就能用。
数据存在哪里？换手机会丢吗？
数据只存在你的设备上；打开「我的 → iCloud 同步」后，会同步到你自己的 iCloud，换手机登录同一个 Apple ID 就能找回。也可以在「我的 → 导出备份」生成备份文件，在新设备上导入。
iCloud 同步一直没有更新？
确认 iPhone 已登录 iCloud，并在「设置 → Apple ID → iCloud」里允许随行使用 iCloud。同步有时需要几分钟，保持 App 打开、网络通畅即可。
天气显示「暂不可用」？
天气来自 Apple 天气。请检查网络；查看所在城市的天气还需要允许定位（「设置 → 随行 → 位置」）。
证件卡包怎么上锁？
在「我的 → 证件卡包」里打开「证件卡包上锁」，之后查看证件需要面容 ID、触控 ID 或设备密码。
收不到出发前的提醒？
在「设置 → 通知 → 随行」里允许通知；提醒在设备本地安排，不需要联网。也可以在「我的 → 提醒与通知」里检查各项提醒是否开启。
小组件不显示行程？
长按桌面空白处 → 编辑 → 添加小组件，搜索「随行」。添加后打开一次 App，小组件就会显示最新的行程。
怎么删除我的所有数据？
在「我的 → 清除所有数据」删除全部内容；开启了 iCloud 同步时，iCloud 里的副本也会一起删除。

FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. TRAVELKIT has no accounts — just open it and start.
Where is my data kept? Will I lose it on a new phone?
Your data stays on your device. Turn on Me → iCloud Sync to keep it in your own iCloud, and it comes back when you sign in with the same Apple ID on a new phone. You can also make a backup file in Me → Export Backup and import it on another device.
iCloud Sync isn't updating?
Make sure the iPhone is signed in to iCloud and TRAVELKIT is allowed under Settings → Apple ID → iCloud. Syncing can take a few minutes; keep the app open and online.
Weather says "unavailable"?
Weather comes from Apple Weather. Check your connection; weather where you are also needs location access (Settings → TRAVELKIT → Location).
How do I lock the Wallet?
Turn on Lock Wallet in Me → Wallet. Opening a document then needs Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
Not getting departure reminders?
Allow notifications in Settings → Notifications → TRAVELKIT. Reminders are scheduled on the device and don't need a connection. You can also check each reminder in Me → Reminders & Notifications.
The widget doesn't show my trip?
Touch and hold the Home Screen → Edit → Add Widget, and search for TRAVELKIT. Open the app once afterwards and the widget shows your latest trip.
How do I delete all my data?
Use Me → Erase All Data. With iCloud Sync on, the iCloud copy is deleted too.
